Delivery Options
Auto Fill
All of our customers
are set up on an auto fill program. This
means it is our responsibility to ensure our
customers have a ready supply of propane.
We will project when a customer tank needs
refueling and delivery fuel accordingly.
Weather data and past history of usage enables
our computer to make extremely accurate
projections. Should an auto fill customer
ever run out of propane, we will fill the tank,
regardless of the day or hour. What's
more, we will credit the account with 100
gallons of propane at no charge. This
assumes the customer's account is current.
Will Call
|
In some instances,
if our customers supplement there heating need
with other fuel like wood or corn stoves, we
will need to be notified and place the account
on a "Call As Needed" ("Will Call")
basis.
Customers must
reorder fuel when their tanks reach 25%.
We guarantee to fill their tank within five
business days. The responsibility of
ordering fuel rests solely with the customer. |

Special or after hours fuel delivery is not
available to will call customers. For more
information on this program visit our

Calendar Day
If you would like
your fuel delivered at a particular time, such
as every November and April, we can program our
system to make it happen. This option is
especially useful for our seasonal customers.
